The source code is encrypted?

Not, the source code is 100% nonencrypted so that you can absolutely make all the changes which you need. Moreover, the source code is very strongly commented with notes on what happens in the code.

What are the server requirements?

We recommend the following requirements :
- PHP 5.1 or more recent
- Sendmail
- MySQL 5.0 or more recent
- 1 database available
- mod_rewrite activated

That includes a license?

A license includes all the features presented on our website or you could test through our demonstration. We propose two types of licences to you (Simple et Standard).

Is Sokial available in other languages?

Sokial is currently available in 4 languages (French, English, German and Spanish). Other languages will come thereafter.

Can you do a custom modification for me?

Yes, we can make changes so that Sokial meets your expectations.

Installation

Can you install Sokial for me?

Yes, we can install Sokial on your server for you, an additional cost will be asked.

Can I installed Sokial in a subfolder or subdomain?

Yes, you can install our script in a subfolder or on a subdomain, as long as this one is dependent in the name of field indicated at the time of your order.

The installation is long and complicated?

No, the installation is simple and not complicated. You have at your disposal an automated installation system, as well as a stage help by stage.

The payment is secure?

What is your refund policy?

Because you have access to a complete demonstration and all required information, we can provide refunds only if Sokial cannot be correctly installed on your waiter.

Support

Am I entitled to a support at the time of my purchase?

You have 30 days of support if you opt for a simple license, if you opt for a Standard license you have 90 days of support. Beyond these deadlines, an additional cost will be asked.

What support do you offer?

We place at your disposal a phone-line available of the Monday to Saturday of 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m, you also have a support by email, Skype, instant messaging and Helpdesk.
